Gate release three

Wellsie

Recommended Posts

No great surprise, but equally 3 players who i would have liked to have seen retained in favour of 3 others who will remain nameless.

Best wishes to all 3 .

Won't be long before we read that Keiron has signed for ramsgate i would think-although imo-he is premier league quality given a consistent run

What we don't know of course is if this is the first of a few similar statements-or whether this is near enough -first and final '

although either way-some players may themselves choose to leave.

Thanks to the club and wellsie for giving the information early and quickly

Or Whitstable, good luck to Kieron wherever he goes, another hard worker on the field when he had the oppportunity to play. Good luck to Jack too.

Of course-forgot about whitstable-or indeed newly promoted Faversham.

Would be interesting if herne bay get promoted next season-and then you've got chatham, sittingbourne faversham, whitstable, herne bay all along the north kent coast in ryman south.

Ashford need reinformements too. Maidstone could be another alternative - for any of them.

Sitting in the harbour cafe sipping my expresso this morning I was wondering if any of them could become Butlers men at Carshalton next season. He does have a reputation of trying to sign his old players at his new club afterall.

Ah well back to the expresso.

Think we are releasing 3 good players so think ian must have some better quality players in mind plus some more the future is looking exciting for all involved cant wait for start of next season hopefully in the ryman premier onwards and upwards

Nothing personal, but three good players? Really? So good that they couldn't help us any higher than 19th? Pleased they've been moved on. None of them were of the required standard.

agree Porka, loyalty is fine but lets be realistic are these three who we need for next season, as much as I appreciate what the have done for us, I dont think so,but best wishes to them for the future, prove me wrong and I will be the first to admit it.

Let's not forget that we've been a consistent bottom four side for two seasons now & if, as most of us do, you wish to see us in the top five (or at least top half) of the table then we need stronger personnel to achieve this. I'm sure that if the right player comes along then, to accommodate him, Iain will weild the axe further.

It can be distressing to see a favourite player with potential leave, but that's football. In our current squad there are those who I'd prefer we keep, but no one is that indispensable.

I wish these 3 players the best of luck, but i'm not going to lie by saying i'm sad to see them go. Lets be honest here apart from Blackmans goal which kept us up these players weren't really used in our hunt for survival. I think we will be seeing more faces leaving before new faces come in.
