KENTISH TOWN last game

Recommended Posts

With no Tokyngton available decided to venture into the wilds of the North West Frontier (not the easiest of journeys from out here in Isleworth) so left the bike at home (so no wasated pedalling this time, Rhodes) and went to Copthall for Kentish Town v Haringey. £3 got me admission, programme and club badge and a cracking finish to the game so came home well delighted. Hope it'll be the same feeling tonight after Fulham/Hamburg

So based on what you heard from what must be such a dubious source because you won't identify them even if they exist outside of your tiny mind you are prepared to unequivocably rubbish it?

You've not read it but call it an "embarassment and not worth the paper it's printed on". What a c0ck. Believe me Rhodes, I've seen one of yours and its nothing to write home about, indeed perhaps you should have written home.

BTW, I heard on the grapevine that your club is finished. Any comment?

Cliff. I attended a recent Kentish Town game, and I thought the programme was well up to standard for the Premier Division. It had no old match reports, and did not contrlbute to global warming by requiring a whole tree just to produce one copy, and I can categorically say that it was not printed on the photocopier of a government department.

Loosely - Is the another Forum a dubious source of information, I don't think it is

HTFCew - I posted the report of the match at the Copthall Stadium on here from the another site a few months back and the programme was mentioned, it wasn't very complimentary to say the least

"Call me Mr Guilty .... Mr Guilty is ma name" :brille008:

... I think the report may have been mine from the 6th March - 'faithfully lifted' and linked from here to the TK site courtesy of the "'Rhodes' Match Day Reporting Service" :winkewinke: - here's my slightly disparaging view of the prog:-

Admission: £6.00 for me and The Lad incl free prog. Just as well really it was pretty thin and low on stat content - quite a few few jokey bits which were a bit hit 'n miss. Some of the dates mentioned suggest it could do with a bit of an overhaul.

... I hope I didn't inadvertently upset Nellie et al @ Copthall - KT's understandably low key affair is no better, no worse than plenty of others around STEP05. I'm sure they have plenty to do there, without fretting unduly over programme content - its not as if they have a huge consumer base to target.
