Player News

 

We registered four new players before the 31st March registration deadline. These are:–

 

* Wesley Beckles, a defender also registered with AFC Hayes and, until he joined us, Harlow Town. He has also represented Middlesex.

* Ben Hayden, a defender also registered with Welwyn Garden City and AFC Hayes. A former Truro City and Edgware Town player who played for several sides in Cornwall before moving to London in 2006.

* Chris Henry a striker also registered with Bedfont Green. He scored their opening goal in their 5-4 defeat to Thatcham Town earlier this week. He has previously played for Edgware Town and Ruislip Manor.

* Craig Tomkins, a striker also registered with AFC Hayes. Previously with Edgware Town and Welwyn Garden City.

 

The new players remain registered with their other clubs and join us on dual registration. Wesley Beckles' Ryman League registration has been transferred from Harlow Town to us.

Enfield Paul-I think it is safe to presume that the players signed at the last minute was in case of bad luck with injuries after the transfer window had closed, after all the squad has served us so well it would be managerial suicide if we had whole sale changes for the glory games, so I think they are either back up players or for next season.
