Ian - yes, it is graded. I am told that they can take their place in the Conf. South, if they win the play off matches.

 

But if Grays play at Tilbury next season, it may well have to be in the ESL - not sure if the Tilbury ground has the grading for the Isthmian Lge.

Tilbury are graded for Ryman 1 north as they currently play in it

Margate are not relegated yet as the Ryman League say it is likely only three clubs will be relegated from the Prem. Weren't Margate saved in the same way last year? Bognor are as good as down as their goal difference is inferior to Ashfords. Carshalton are safe.

And having a quick look at the grading on the isthmian fans site I can't see any problems with us getting premier ground grading but grays can f*** off and play in a park for all i care

Not sure to be honest about Aveley - I can't say I have examined their ground too closely - although I thought they had grass inside the perimeter (not including the pitch of course!)

 

Problem is you cannot apply now for Premier grading - even if you qualified without making any other changes.

When you go back the last few years it seems they were very picky with us and what had to be done,I get the impression that isn,t always the case with other clubs
