Well you may well get your wish & the odds are stacked in your favour but if we CAN pull it of & results go our way elsewhere I would absolutely "love" to see your face then!

At the least we will be going down on a stable financial footing & ready to bounce back & if that's whats required then thats what we'll attempt to do a.s.a.p.

To be honest what a state to get in hoping and preying for repreive its a joke and shows how backwards we have gone. Do people realise that if we are relegated today we will be in a league lower than Thanet Utd i dont think people know the embaressed i feel and many other fans. As for Maidstone just proves a point we sign there so called better players and they still finish above us and also Carsharlton with Butler in charge. I dont blame the Stones fans for being touchy and showing off a bit. Margate FC Sat 24th April 2010 what a sad day i know who i blame and the sooner a new regime is in charge of the club the better. Who and how did we get so much in debt id like to know wheres the new ground and using 60 players 6 goalkeeper and 4 managers in one year and more and likely relegation what a farce im sorry but live in the real world have a LONG look at this season and its happenings we need a total change at Margate FC and give us back the club we deserve not this shambles of a season. You name one thing to be positive about this season. Look at the facts were going knowhere fast cab you believe next season we may play Faversham next season when we were 5 leagues apart 6 7 years ago too sad.

All I hear is BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH...... precisely who would you install regime wise to improve things at MFC, for gods sake the club may not be setting the world on fire with its football, but its OUR team/club one that we support and dare I say love. So we get relegated and have to bounce back to the dizzy heights some of the members on here seem to think is our god-given right to be at - get real even major football clubs have stages like this and moaning and griping about it wont change a thing. As Ive said before "if you can do better, put your money where your mouth is".

How delusional are some of you Margate fans thinking that you can still stay up, which you definately don't deserve and how ironic that Maidstone were responsible for darkening you last glimmer of hope with our win against Bognor.

I said during the season that I personally always enjoy the local derbies between us and that I wouldn't want you to go down.

However, having seen some of your posts wishing Maidstone to go bust so that you get a reprieve and the fact that no one on your forum argued against them type of comments, by the way, I wouldn't wish any club going bust, even my worst enemy, I can't wait for Five o'clock today whilst sipping a nice pint of beer at Kingstonian and waiting for the tele printer on sky sports to show that you are relegated.

That quote from "realistic Blue" is not correct. Thanet Utd finished their first season bottom of the old Southern League and were only saved from Kent League football when the Southern League was extended. So unless we drop into the Kent League we are going to find ourselves in a similar not lower situation.

Is Realistic Blue the only Margate supporter that speaks the truth and sees it for what it is?

 

 

Surely a "TRUE" supporter gets to see his prefered team at every available opportunity whether it be home or away, my point would be how the hell can you comment on a team you dont watch? and therefore BS he is not in the position of speaking the truth about our club and its situation much like your trolling of our forum intending to fish for a bite. I dont wish Maidstone any ill-feelings and I would probably say 99.9% of "TRUE" fans of non-league football feel the same, however if we scrape (and I do mean SCRAPE) through for whatever reason then Ill be happy and if not then so be it Ill still be on the terraces next season in what ever league we find ourselves. No point in blaming faceless people for the position we find ourselves in as it achieves the sum total of F**k All.

As for building again and winning Ryman South its a joke every year same old crap and every week nearly relegation. The fact is as i said signing all those has been players from mainly Maidstone hasnt worked and give Maidstone their due they are def staying up with less money and players. Worst thing we did not giving Butler the support or funds like IOC has had and where are Carshalton above us and safe tables and results dont lie. If ya wana sit there with your heads in the sad carry on but as it gos when u pull ya head out again its gonna be Margate FC vs Sporting Bengals!!
