Depends on promotion issues from other step 5 leagues and teams going bust higher up the pyramid Smallsy. Nothing is decided yet, but I spoke to my contact on the FAs national league committee on Wednesday and he said he reckoned it was 60-40 that 2nd in the ESL would qualify for promotion if Stansted win the league. If Witham or Burnham won the league then only they would go up and 2nd definitely wouldn't.

I chekcked 9 of the 14 leagues and a couple of the teams that applied have already won their leagues so that is 2 places gone, in the Ridgeons the top 3 all applied, but it depends if all these teams meet the ground grading too.

No one will really know until the F.A asign the leagues and find where there are holes to be filled, probably June.

What was the side last night ???

Couldn't get there had work commitments

Sorry, the team was unchanged from the previous game.

3 clean sheets in the past 4.

Good performance from the boys, 2 early goals from Brad Nobbs killed the game. Takeley showed alot of attacking promise but in truth never looked like scoring.

Hello Topman..........apologies........I have only just come across your question...........well

Yes the result was a good one but lets put it into perspective.............A weak Takeley team who are not playing for anything offered no real test

Adams and Lewis on the bench............backfired...............don't you think?

Topman/Sorry........Private message me..............I didn't realise we had other members on here...........Perhaps a beer at Mauritius tonight?

On another note I am concerned about the quality of player we are losing for the quality if player we are bringing in...................having said that I must take my hat off to the management for uncovering the talent that is Billy Hunt..........wow that boy is a player............shame he will not be playing Ryman football for us next season.........I fear we may lose him
