We have a final to look forward to and an exciting end of season with potential for promotion. But above all what counts in life is having good health and a loving family/friends around you. I'm a winner cos I have both. My brother's running the London Marathon this weekend at the age of 51 for the fourth time (I would do it too, but it's 26 miles!!!!!!!!!) and is running for a cancer charity. My dad passed away from Cancer 14yrs 4months ago and as many of you know my daughter(15), aged 13 at the time, is making good progress in her recovery from a brain tumor, so give what you can whether £1, £5, £10 or £1,000 it all adds up. Good health to you all and roll on the play off's.

Good luck to your brother in the marathon, I hope everyone that reads your message donates. If we stop to think about it, most of us have been affected in some way by cancer. Bruv finished the marathon today in 5hrs and a few minutes, just behind of the Pink Panther and the fairy but ahead of superman and the Rhino. The scariest moment was his 'sprint' finish to get ahead of the 88year old fella by a vest on the finishing line.

 

Bruv has asked me to thank both Steve and Del who have both generously contributed to the Charity. We are nearly up to the £2k level so again if you can spare a pound or too it will all add up. The link is above.
