Secretary Speaks Out - Official Website

Recommended Posts

The Secretary said on 24th July

"A statement on this particular most important question will answered in the next few days, I want in no way to anticipate what that might be,only to say, what ever the outcome the club will continue to move forward. Windsor & Eton chairman, Mr Peter Simpson has been most helpful in all negotiations regarding a short term move across the motorway, but equally supportive if we, as everyone would like, were to remain at Wexham Park."

Where is it then? Another two weeks?

Reminder: Cash due for Windsor on Friday this week.

First "Home" Match 19th August

Come on Mr Deaner - time is running out - why won't you talk to the fans or the press? People are spending good money going to support the team in the away friendlies - the committment is there - for heaven's sake put us all out of this total uncertainty - you must have a good idea by now if the season is a starter or not!

And Slough Borough Council - what's your game? You could have made a statement by now as well - still you are all politicians, so no honest answers there then!

Love them or hate them, the only ones with whom we know where the club stands is with the Thornes, who have kicked us out from tomorrow!

Sorry all you guys, but none of you come out of this with any credit!

Yes Martin Deaner ...did talk to me last night at Oxford City....

Those questions were put to Martin to answer...where are we going to play, how long will things take , are you speaking with the council on plans ?

I was asked to hold my breath and be firm and calm as things have to be sorted by the end of this week on way or another !

Martin has resumed the Chairmanship again and has not resigned as yet...so not any real answers I know but another week is not to much time as we have been waiting for almost 5years for somthing to happen....

STSA can not do anything at the moment, only get ourselves ready for what ever happens to our beloved club.... good or bad...

hang on in there everyone....

Wasn't it professional of Deaner to formally announce that he had taken his position as chairman again after officially resigning as chairman last season...

What makes you think Chris Sliski still believes Deaner, hes just reporting back to the fans the latest heap of steaming dung. What more can be asked of him? Anyone else who wnated to question Deaner has had chances. Sliski did ask and reported back. So give him more credit than the odd idiot on the site who still thinks theres a glimmer of sunshine out of Mr D's [****!!****].

Anyway, according to the Slough Express today is the day when a deal is done. Or not. Surely we can all expect a major statement from STFCs esteemed leader very shortly....
