Wodson Park v Bletchley Town

The cold end was present at this match and it was a very good one.... Wodson in control after going in at the break 2-1 up... Scored 3 and 4 in quick succession which won the game... Town's heads dropped...

Match report and my first attempt at a highlights video (7 mins long inc all Wodson's goals....missed Bletchley's one!!!) on the link below:

Check out some of Wodson's goals...Number 2 and 5 were very good.

Premier Division

2 0 Kentish Town v Oxhey Jets

I know I've said it before but what would have Kentish Town done had Lee Scott not decided to return to the fold:

And has been said to you on numerous occasions Kentish Town FC is not a "one man team" the hard work is delivered by all players on the pitch, the Manager and assistants and coaching staff and all committee members also.

Glad to see your assumption on the scorer was incorrect as usual!!!

So how do you explain the fact that Kentish Town were floundering rudderless at the foot of the Premier Division before Lee returned and in just a matter of weeks he has transformed the Club's fortunes, it's not just coincidence is it

Serwin back from injury, Lindsay back to form, signings of Clarke, Duffy and Patrick. The return of Aaron. The hard work of the manager. So just a few reasons there I think.

Lee has contributed there is no doubt but I think even you must agree there are others involved also!!

Nellie, although Harefield beat Kentish Town quite convincingly a couple of months back, I was more than impressed by their team spirit and attitude. No effing and blinding from players or management.....they just got on and played football as a team.... I like that. They seemed like a really good bunch.

I agree. When we played them a few weeks ago, they passed it around well, and showed signs that it's with a purpose nowadays. They're still a little suspect at the back, but Rak seems to be doing a good job now. And he's a nice bloke in the dug out.<div><br></div><div>Although has he managed to find a physio yet? No offence is meant, and we're always happy to help out with the medical stuff for opponents in need of help, but it's something that we've done for Kentish Town a lot over the past couple of years.</div>

You have to give Rak huge credit for sticking it out at Kentish Town, particularly last season when he could have quite easily thrown in the towel, and now his hard work is paying dividends. I also think that the former Manager has taken more of a back seat role and is not so interferring anymore in team affairs.

the good news is that we have a new physio starting with us at the beginning of next season

:elephant:

Where have I heard that one before

Rhodes how do you know what is or is not happening at Kentish Town FC????? You have no idea at all.

Are you disputing what I am saying about the physio Rhodes?

Why should the former manager not interfere with affairs? As you well know it is his club and he has been there since day one and I think you will find that he still has a say in what happens at Kentish Town FC.

He doesn't need facts Nellie, if he doesn't know anything he makes up a lie or three.

Well done with Kentish Town BTW.
