A win, a draw and now a defeat from three games and once again East Thurrock's Keith Martin is our undoing.

 

East Thurrock took the lead after 3 minutes when Martin headed in from close range but we equalised on 26 minutes through Steve West.

 

7 minutes into the second half Martin put East Thurrock back in front with a superbly taken goal, but despite putting the home side's defence under some pressure towards the end we couldn't manage to pull a goal back. Steve West found the net with another header with 5 minutes to go but he was ruled marginally offside - a decision confirmed by video evidence after the game.
