Mr Z pays X amount of sponsorship to a club

The deal is a board at the ground and advert in prog

after half a season nothing happens, other than a bit in the prog, and a promise of next season all will be sorted......for supposed various reasons

now after 2 seasons still nothing has happened

fortunately, the club involved DVD every game and produce progs.......... cant see no sign of board or adverts

 

should i ask for my money back?
