Lest we forget

21 years ago in Sheffield, 96 Liverpool fans lost their lives in the crush at the FA Cup semi-final against Nottingham Forest.

They were ordinary football fans like you and me only they never went home that day and their families' lives were wrecked forever.

Spare a thought for everyone affected that day from Liverpool, Nottingham and Sheffield.

Nobody should die because of football.

Is it really 21 years. Christ, time has flown.

 

A lot of leasons were learned that day. If it hadn't had not happened there it would of happened some where else.

Stood at that end the year before with arsenal and although it was nowhere near as full when we scored you were thrown forward onto the fence,definatly happy the fences have gone although i still think there should be standing areas at top grounds
