Latest article all about some tips 'n' tricks on referee team bonding. I imagine that everyone here will have seen games where they felt that the officials worked very well together, and others where they all seemed to be on a different planet! Note this is not necessarily the same as getting the decisions wrong!

Mewcenary,a very interesting and entertaining read.Shows you take every part of the game seriously,and are doing things to improve your own Experience,Fitness,Like the bit about admitting your wrong,when you are,maybe the Ref. at Cobham v Westfield could do the same thing,but I DOUBT HE WILL.
