I've got no Grays tendencies, but I'd be gutted to see a housing estate built on land that has been their home for more than a century.

 

If you ask me, legislation needs to come in that prohibits change of use of established football grounds. It's the communities that suffer, even if the good burghers of Grays are too short-sighted to support their club.
