Well, quite happy with those results again last night. As the old saying goes: 'Would rather have the points'. Everyone was fretting that teams around us had games in hand, but Carshalton have spurned both of those now, without getting a point. Abbey have lost two of their games in hand. There's no point having games in hand if you just lose them. Right, on to Saturday now...

 

Our friends the Urchins will do Abbey; reckon the 'Ricay will beat Bognor; Carshalton to lose at home to Cray - they must be tired and Cray are quite a strong team, so think they'll do us a favour; Maidstone and Ashford to draw - Ashford's losing streak (7 in a row now, did I read?) must end at some point, and Maidstone is the perfect opportunity to do just that; and, of course, we will win at Tooting. Come 5 o'clock Saturday, things will look very different. Keep the faith!!
