Providing we win our next two games. (goal difference aside) the following teams still need to get the following to be on the same points as Margate

Asford need 5 points from 4 games

Carshalton need 5 points from 4 games

Bognor need 7 points from 5 games

Maidstone need 9 points from 5 games

W Abbey need 10 points from 5 games

 

And some of these games are against each other W Abbey V Bognor. Maidstone V Bognor. Maidstone V Ashford.

 

Plenty can happen. I still belive we will be in this league next year..

Great to hear the positivity. What have we got to lose over the next two weeks? Let's hear some positive support on here and at the next two games, and maybe, just maybe, we can finish out of the bottom four - I still think it's on.

As they say its not over until the fat lady sings, she is only clearing her throat at the moment. If the lads play like they have against Dartford, Tooting at home and Billericay they still have an outside chance of saving themselves in the next 2 games.

Tonight we need Horsham to beat Cashalton, Wealdstone to beat Ashford, and probably Maidstone & W Abbey to Draw

Good result for us last night, I had 2-1 in my prediction list, but I'll take 2-0. Got Carshalton to draw with Horsham, Maidstone to beat Abbey, and Wealdstone to beat Ashford tonight. If these predictions continue to unfold, we'll stay up. Let's keep the faith!

I have WA and Maidstone finishing on 45 at best, Bognor on 46. Therefore, with our goal difference, we need two wins.

Got us down for 2 wins, quite confident of that to be honest. Abbey got a real tough run-in. Think they'll only get one win: on the final day at home to Canvey. They'll finish on 41, Maidstone on 43; Carshalton will get a point tonight, then lose their last three, and will end up on 44, with Ashford on 46. They'll be the bottom four. Bognor will finish on 47. Our two wins will put us on 48, so we'll finish 17th. Makes it look so easy when you put it like that doesn't it? I'm going to stick to it, even if I do seem delusional!

Lady luck still smiling on us.

As you know Margate will win their next two games, so this means on Thursday night when waltham Abbey loose they will NOT be able to catch up with Margate.

One down, three to go, keep an eye on Carshalton if they loose Thursday match, then their Saturdays game will decide if they are still in the running, Another lose or even a draw will mean they can't catch up with Margate.

Got Carshalton to draw with Horsham, Maidstone to beat Abbey, and Wealdstone to beat Ashford tonight.

 

Well not too bad all in all. Thought Carshalton would get a point, but Horsham have done us a favour. And the other two results went as predicted. So I'm quite happy with those results - keeps us on track to finish 17th!

 

Now for Thursday's.... Carshalton to lose at Hendon; Abbey to lose at home to Dartford. Those two will do nicely thank you.

I think we can win at Tooting who have nothing to play for but I can't see us beating Hastings as they are still very much in the play off mix and our home form stinks. Draw at best for that game which leaves us on 46 but will it be enough?

And also we only need Carshalton to loose or even draw on Saturday to mean they will not be able to catch up with Margate.

After Sat we'll have to see whose next out of Bognor, Maidstone & Ashford..Come on the Margate..
