From the MISA page - A Plea

MISA wouldn't normally post a plea but there's nothing wrong in changing habits! Many, even the half-full optimists, may be thinking the defeat at Wealdstone means the game is up. For those watching at Ruislip seeing the players faces as they trooped off confirmed that it definitely is not. These lads will give their all over the final three matches.

Now we must do our bit to create the twelfth man. Turning up is a start; making supportive noises would be marvellous particularly if they come from the more reserved fans and not just the familiar verbal ones! No sniping or getting on the backs of the players would be an added benefit.

So let's see you all there on Saturday for starters and shout and cheer the boys to victory. It can be done.

Thankyou.

Yes lets all give a vocal support on Saturday.

Lets make the ground rock with noise BUT lets not get on the playerrs backs by trying to rush them.

Remember the result will come with patience and good football SO

LETS BE AVING YOU.

Great to see the positivity. If you know a moaner and groaner, tell em to zip it tomorrow

Hopefully the choir is in full voice, numbers permitting.. can any of us on here say they aren't looking forward to tomorrow's game? In that case let's get singing/encouraging.. BE VOCAL, young or old we all want three points!

Patience is needed as the lads have had so many games lately, though same for Aveley who played last night. Our support is crucial.

One of the things I think makes a difference is when more supporters arrive earlier to help the atmosphere build up. I'll even dig out some rousing tunes you can all sing along to!

Will have to try and make sure I'm out of the bar a bit earlier.

Ring of Fire, Final Countdown (I think Lloyd Taylor is making an appearance tomorrow so sure he'll love his version...), Panic (by The Smiths - Sammy Groombridge, Sammy Groombridge..) Get to it Wellsie :music:
