Early days yet, but a position statement required by our club?

What happens to the Goldsdown Holding aggreement and the amount of money it raises to assist both clubs?

What about all the work carried out on the ground by the loyal few supporters? Bit of a kick in the teeth!

The sooner we get out of that dump WITH OUR STANDS the better. The last thing we need is to have to do business with a club that is claiming the name and history of a defunct club and a team of directors that took that once great club into liquidation. Much as I dislie much of what has gone on down at BRFC over the last few seasons I do worry for them. They will surely be swallowed up!

We Towner's from what I understand don't have any say with whom BRFC want to jump into bed with. What will happen is that one step 5 club will support another.

But it goes to show the class of 1873 that for all the insults they've thrown towards our army of volunteers (whether verbally or by body language/actions) they hovver to lap up and make use of our facilities. We can now say where would BRFC and 1873 be without the expertise of ETFC??? The facts are there to be seen.

Maybe they would like to set up a Ladies 1873 team to use the pitch on Sunday's once the girls follow us handsome lot to the QE Stadium in 2011

All i'm interested in is our play off matches and the potential of promotion.

We are still taking the stands big guy - that has never been an issue. Not sure about the other stuff - think the turnstiles are coming with us as well. Other stuff will be provided for at the new ground, whether it's the buildings currently at Goldsdown Road or new facilities at Donkey Lane. Toilets and club shop, for example, will, I think, be incorporated into the existing buildings.

The agreement with BRSSC is for the Goldsdown Road site to be left at a minimum spec (step 5 or possibly 6 - can't remember). This will be easily managed from stuff we already own.
