I'm led to believe that all of the clubs gunning for second place can gain promotion. Not sure though how BGU can without having any bar facilities ????

You can't put a ground share in place just to gain promotion it would have had to have been in place for the start of the season like Tiptree did with Maldon

Who would have thought when the chits went in by the five clubs on New Years Eve, that the 5 clubs would be sitting from 2nd to 6th. If you remember, Witham, Enfield & Barkingside were lower down the table.

 

Logic would tell me that Barkingside will be ok because of Redbridge, Witham as recently relegated and Burnham because the ground looks good. Never been to Enfields new ground, but if it is as good as Ware's they will be ok. (Visit them for first time Tu 20/04) that leaves BGU and as pointed out no bar or place to get food, walk upto highstreet. I am sure they will get this done, as we visited last year, 2009 they may have even got it done.

If this is right, am i correct in thinking Barkingside would be ok, as theres has been in place for years and years.

 

If not, does this affect Bside if they were tennant to Redbridge or if they owned it and Retdbridge were their tennant.

 

if true, It would also means AFC Wimbledon and Kingstonian would not be able to go up to League 2 and Connie South respectively.

 

Please can you clarify if you mean.

a) New Groundshare affected.

b.) Tennant only

c) Landlord and tennant.

half the sides at step 2-4 would be playing sunday footie if this was the case - e.g. FC united of where ever, wimbledon, Enfield Town etc etc ......

 

I do believe such arrangements have to be in place and confirmed by a certain cut off date - i'm sure mr league chairman may be able to clarify.

 

so we can assume that who ever finishes 2nd may be promoted, my monies on BGU.

I think Burnham will finish second, last night must have hurt BGU, 90% of there squad didn’t bother shaking hands at the final whistle....

Before people confirm us as champions can I just say there are 6 hard games to go starting at a very in form Barkining tonight, where anything could and probably will happen.

 

We have 3 games in a short space of time(as do all the others) and fatigue will come into play.

 

I hope you are right though Gaffa, its been a long hard season and no matter what happens has been very satisfying .

Been a great season for you and you completely smashed us first half, but tiredness from Monday and thinking the game was won at halftime was your downfall i guess.
