I have been asked by Graeme (Blueblood) to put the below on the forum.

 

16 year old George Amber won the game for Margate when he latched onto a Josh Winchcombe pass from the left, and hit the ball into the bottom right hand corner of the net. His MOTM was Rob Harnett who is a lad coming through our link with the Ursuline Academy, who gave a good solid performance.

 

The game was held up for 19 minutes while Whitstable striker "Junior" was treated for a big gash over his eye, eventually being taken to QEQM accident and emergency. Overall not a great spectacle but 3 points in our bid to stave off relegation. 2 wins out of last 3 should see us safe.
