pre pre season......

For the last 2 years I have held a pre-pre season ....It starts at the beginning of June and it is hard.. I took 2 stone of piercey last year and the previous season I got BGFC fit enough to win the league..It is held at Clock house lane in Ashford on a Tuesday and Thursday and it costs nothing. I do it to help the players who want to be fitter than most when pre-season starts and keep them ticking over......If however players come over and enjoy what they are doing they can stick a couple of quid in a pot which goes to the Princess Alice Hospice in Esher.

There is no ball work it is just hard running, sets, and a bit of social. It has no involvement from any club it's just a way for me to put something back into football which has given me so much.

Any one who is interested just leave a post on here and I will advise of times etc.

Great stuff... A chance to get my own back on the men in black.... What I need is all people to pm me that really want it and I will set up an agenda of work to be done on a build up to pre-season so that you are all at a peak to go for you first session at your clubs. I have a keeper coach aswell in Piercey ( he will also be doing the work ) so it could be a fun few weeks.
