Visited Hullbridge new Grandstand Today.

Recommended Posts

Today visited Lower Road, Hullbridge - went to have a look at the new grandstand and catch Enrico, the latter was not there.

The 52 seaster stand looks impressive, it looks similar in style to that of Sawbo & Southend Manor, (maybe the ESL do a group discount, only joking boys)

There are 4 rows, the first three rows have six seats one side of the aisle and then another 6 on the other side, the final row had about 16 giving about 52 seats in total.

It even looked like they had cleared the old shed, that had 2 sets of seats in it and probably will have more.

It looks good Coachie and i can vouch for the water puddles on your pitch, before you say it "Coup" there was no sign of a hose. :dance (2):

Well done Hullbridge, now all you need to do is plant some trees, bushes at the clubhouse end and you will be finished.

I asked the man in the clubhouse and the two women if you were down today, i was there about 1.15pm before going to my mums in Ashingdon and the hospital.

I was going to title this thread "I have seen Coachies latest errection" but i was worried it may of got deleted.

52 seats seems a bit optimistic, there's only ever the chubby Italian coach and the local banjo playing boy present whenever i've been before, so that cow shed was ideal.

Was thinking of flooding the midfield tomorrow but looks like he's beaten us to it.

I had a look at that pitch yesterday, it was saturated like in the photos, chances of you getting a game today must be nearly impossible.

A group of us from Witham are thinking of doing Tiptree v BGU, aid our support to Tiptree to stop BGU going 6 points clear of us.
