If the last option was not there I would have voted for THREADS. Since his arrival he has steadied the defence.

An absolutely outstanding performance by the entire Margate contingent, of course the team were supreme, but the vocal and moral support by the fans must have made a significant contribution to the game.

 

The whole team deserves the MoM, but as I was walking to the other end at half-time, a Carshalton fan commented to me 'tight old game isn't it', I agreed and commented that there was still a long way to go. he then said

and again I quote 'your number 7, Stubbs isn't it, he's really good isn't he' and as I was already thinking what an outstanding game he was having, he has to get my vote as Man of the Match.

I must say their fans, directors and management including Mark Butler all said that we deserved to win the game.

I noticed that Ian commented on these polls in his interview with Wellsie last night, seemed pleased that we include the Team as a choice!
