The attendance figures for Saturday league games at the Bridge this season.

We have had two attendances in the league over 300 on a saturday, this, ironically was against todays opponents Tooting and Aveley which included many neutrals as almost every other game was called off.

We got over 400 for the Billericay game a couple of weeks after tooting in the Fa cup but after this it seems our crowds dropped, the only other gate of note was 531 against dartford at home on august bank holiday monday, but lets face it almost half of them were from dartford. Not going to ask where they have all gone as thats been done many times but it would be nice to get the gates back over 300 on a saturday next season.

Any suggestions how, apart from being top of the league and winning all the time

Just compared it to last season, where there were ten games over 300 on a saturday.

it seems we are about 70-80 down on most similar games, saying that,i have noticed that the away support bar dartford and wealdstone has been very dissapointing as well.

Even clubs like ricay & canvey only bought a handful of fans to us

Attendances both home and away have dropped this season. Have noticed many teams don't seem to bring as many away than they used to.

Sign of the times crowds are down. Personally I still think a non- league match is still good value and is infinitely better than shopping and gardening or watching football on the telly

So true, even when RFC where going through a bad patch it was still value for money as we saw loads of goals. The matches with Concord had the lot, and even Concord supporters have to agree they was great entertainment.

I think in many ways non league football is better, probably because the players are more interested in the football, and don't spend time worrying about their next multi million pound contract, or lucrative modeling deal.

Probably frightened away by the young urchinthugs.

We have an excellent set of up and coming players and fans alike, obviously you would be pleased if they came through your gate.

But look there are not. Get them interested whilst they are young.

Look at the Margate game at home a couple of seasons ago and they brought two coaches down. This season it was just a few cars. There is a recesion on Rob and people are worried and wont spend money when they dont have to.

Football is a luxury when you are looking after the pounds, shillings and pence.
