Got a feeling this could be a battle of a game. I assume they may still hold some kind of grudge against us ! Well it maybe correct as a poster on their forum said no 50-50 tickets no programmes to be bought !!!

We need points from this game, as always, and I don't think it will be an easy win (but happy to be proved wrong), if we can continue our recent performance excluding the blip game, 'Margate', we should have the better of them. Now's the time for a great Saturday home performance and 'WIN' , I can feel it in my beer .........and time to get the drinks in before prices go up ! :beer:

Let's all get behind the Blues and go all out for a win.

 

I don't care if it's not pretty 3 points are a must, especially with Sutton and Carshalton to follow next week.

A right proper 'six-pointer' this game. The winners will breath a little more comfortably and the losers will be right in 'it'. I wonder if thier players are on a bonus to beat us like they were last time? Could get quite tasty as well.

Tasty indeed...and I'll wager my bonus that the ref will have us booked on our first challenge and ignore theirs....

 

Can anyone explain to me why I feel the officials are digging us out over the last couple of games? It couldn't have anything to do with that one of their number has been found out to be a total ar*se when deciding to call a certain game off? Oh hang on...apologies to the ref there...he didn't make that decision but deferred to the away team...he still picked up half his fee.

Hi Guys,

 

I was going to come up for the match today (from Kent) but the trains are all to hell. The other option is to drive but I believe parking is a major problem. I looked on your club site and while it tells you where not to park I can't see anywhere where it gives you parking advice. Please can some kind soul offer up some suggestions. I don't want to miss my Saturday footy fix.

Wasn't the best afternoon's entertainment in a scarcely deserved 1-1 draw

 

Cray played the better football, without creating much - we gifted them their goal.

 

As for Town, we obviously prefer playing sides at the other end of the table.

 

I think the only thing their keeper had to do all afternoon was pick the ball out of his net when we at last got an attempt on target deep into added time.

 

Once again Pond and Cousins put in a good shift
