Does anyone know factually how many teams are being relegated from the league this year??

 

I know for the certain my £10 bet on margate winning the title this year is looking less likely!!!!!

However lets get to 5th bottom then we are safe

Not true. Up to the 2003/04 season, it was only 3 down.

 

In season 2004/05, Cheshunt, Tonbridge Angels, Dover Athletic and Kingstonian were all relegated.

2005/06 Hendon reprieved due to Canvey Island taking a voluntary drop of three levels

2006/07 Harrow Borough reprieved due to Lancaster City being demoted

2007/08 Boreham Wood reprieved

2008/09 Margate reprived,

 

So in fact, it's only the last 4 seasons that the side placed top of the relegation zone has been saved.

 

That said, with the demise of various clubs this season, it does seem likely that whoever finishes 19th will be saved from relegation. Best bet though is to finish 18th and not have to worry about it

 

Good luck for the last few games of the season - hope you get enough points on the board to finish 18th - as long as its not at our expense!

Hi Slough fan here again.

 

Im hoping that you stay up and that we go up in the playoffs and then by some miraculous fate from the FA we are moved back into the ryman.

 

Yes we would have to put up with scum like Boreham wood but at least we can compensate with our trip to the Gate and the seafront
