I'm going for a comfortable 2-0 win. I reckon D&R are better than the Shrimpers and we should be able to pass the ball better on their pitch. Gooden to score his first for the Gulls with Boylan notching as well.

Ive got a nice feeling about tommorow that because i'm going to miss the game we will win by a good few goals e.g. 3-1.

 

with drewe, husbands and gower scoring for us. And that overated boylan scoring for you.

 

ps: thurgood was one of our worst players last season.

 

we have some real quality now and i'm not just saying that. Warran , cort , husbands , fullarton and gower have really impressed me.

 

The eight new signings ( what hopefully will be 12 by 2moro as husbands,lede,che and robinson are all expected to sign 2day) really do look good.

Whats this about Southend calling Canvey pikey's!!!! My god - Canvey host a total of 0 immigrants...whereas Southend has about the same total as Dover!! You can't walk down the High Street in Southend without having to dodge your way past a group of 10 Albanian pikies in 2nd hand Kappa tracksuits..!

does nobody realise Southend lost 2-0 at Kingstonian last night. They are a poor outfit . I would have rather have Boylan Brayley and Gregory than Bramble , Husbands and the other lanky one Broughton. They are all awful

I don't like to be too optomistic and say we will win tomorrow, but hopefully the outcome of the game will reflect on the skill and ability we at Canvey now possess. Half, (well most) of the Southend squad probably only know of Canvey only from the road signs as they come into the area.

The 1-1 friendly at Park Lane was good, but I feel tomorrow we'll see more value for money from both teams.

Firstly EFM, we are playing there cos they need the dough, we doughn't(get it?) secondly we are aware of the del boy chain and dodgy tracky problem which we will avoid by simply scattering two pence pieces into the road and watching the Twats get lamped by the traffic, problem solved.

Get your facts right, Pikey. Our youth team lost to Kingstonian on Thursday evening. None of our first team were playing. Mind you, if you want to be pedantic, we beat Dagenham 4-1 last season; you pikey's lost, what was it, 3-0 earlier this week?!
