I know we dont usually do MOTM for away games, but we played so well and quite a few fans who come on here were there too, so I am doing one this time.

Very difficult again to choose one player after such a super all round effort as was witnessed yeaterday evening.

Have gone with Jamie Turner for his all round stop them at all costs performance and keeping a clean sheet for the the team in a long while.

Stubbsy for me as quite noticeable in first 20 minutes the Darts were attacking him and apart from one dangerous cross their no 7 hardly got around him. Second half they tried their luck more down the left side which IMO proves how effective Dan was. He even took a yellow for the team when, for once, the attacker got the better of him and he hauled him down. Then, of course, that wonderful volley that was inches from putting us two up.

My MOTM and at the moment my Player of the Season.

You sure you hit Jamie's button AB, as no vote showing?

Real tough one IMO. A number of candidates. Stubbs did very well again and was very unlucky with a superb volley; Keister marshalled the defence superbly; Saunders was again a rock in midfield. But, for me, the new(ish) lad Ty Benjamin: never shirked a tackle, won a lot in the air and never stopped harassing the Dartford midfield - a good old-fashioned battling midfield display.

It's a cop-out I know, but I elected for 'THE WHOLE TEAM' as there was no singular outstanding performance, each and every one of the players contributed to an overall outstanding TEAM PERFORMANCE.

Reading Kentish Football - the Darts manager said "We never really tested them did we, and I have to say (albeit reluctantly) that they did a job on us tonight well and truly!".

Says it all doesn't it?

Not often I vote on this or even declare who I have voted for BUT on this occasion I will bore you all with my vote.

Now the glourious game of football is a team game which is graced by individuals who sometimes perform individual acts of brilliance (Joe Jordans goal agains Wales, Dennis Law's backflick for Man City against Yanited, Don Masson's 30 yard passes etc etc etc..). However they would all be totally meaningless without a team mate therefore I voted for

In the ist half i was standing down the side when Jay Saunders got the ball smashed into his [censored] and the ball went off. He looked like he was in some real pain but still won the header as it was thrown down the line. For me that kind of showed the determination of the whole team at Dartford. I thought Sam Jones looked really classy and both full backs were really impressive..A really encouraging performance i thought and im not really your rose tinted type of fan.
