I like the way just before that where rather than move the wall back he moves the ball back!

As I couldn't make it great to get some action from the match. opinions seem divided as to whether they were dirty or just physical and whether we really did enough to deserve the points. the highlights (the 4 minutes or so you have caught) give the impression it just wasn't our day, that Chenns miss usually sums up a game in which we were destined not to score, was it one of those games or should we have done better?

 

The quality of the clips was very good, keep up the good work

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated. I am naturally biased but feel 0-0 would have been fair. Cirencester packed their defence and made it difficult,together with the fact we weren't at our best, having lost Rob at half time, the general opinion around me no disrespect to the stand in but it was only a matter of when not if they would score, to our credit we did try and go forward to get a goal, the worst thing for me was not being sore losers but the way in which their fans celebrated after, as someone said before i don't see how you can clap players off the field after behaving in that manner let alone go wild, just my opinion.

It does sound a bit like sour grapes, they have just become the only team this season to beat top of the table Windsor at their place and only the second team all season to beat them. I am sure their fans were jubilant and ecstatic about that, regardless of the manner it which it was won. From the number of yellow cards it seem obvious they set their stall out on how to beat us, and it worked. At this level there is a lot of it about, look at cinderford (incidentally where Jody Bevan comes from!!) kicked us in all four games against us in the last couple of seasons, it is a physical tough division and that is why it is so necessary for us to get out with the quality of players we have.

 

I take it Rob is out for the season and Gav is more than likely going to be distracted (I am amazed he is playing with everything going on with him, lot of respect due there) and what has happened to nathan? We get to see how strong our squad is and if it has the mettle to finish the job that we seemed to lack at the end of last season. i would say from what i have seen that we do and it could be down to the last game of the season but I believe, I still believe.......
