Bearing in mind he is "only" their No 3 he was extremely vocal from the dugout, dont remember him being so when he was our manager.

The problem is GT, that it was totally uncalled for. The majority of fans were disappointed when he left and stated such, on this forum. He had no grievance with the fans so why take it out on them. Very disappointing and unacceptable in my opinion. It was certainly funny hearing the choir after that though.

Can i just say that i'm sure Butler had no problem with the fans but that changed when not long before they scored the first goal one of our fans decided to shout at him.......

That was totally uncalled for and i'm sure it was responsible for his reaction at the fans when they did score.

 

But yeah the choir were funny!!!

The way he was treated by "the management" surely he was entitled to a bit of passion ? what ever you might say he has never bad mouthed this club far from it, he has always been in my opinion quite eloquent, and offerred support, can,t understand some fans thinking all of a sudden he is the enemy .

Oi GT it was me that shouted to him and i personally think that what he did for Margate fc was erm............................Nothing. making players sit in the stand for being naughty. The bloke got what he deserved after his gesture to the gate fans when shalton scored. onwards and upwards and good ridance to a number 3 in nearly charge
