Cheers Onebreast, Ty Benjamin it is then by the looks of it.

Ty signed for the Rovers in December 2007 from Southend Manor. He made just two appearances in the 2007/2008 season but has since established himself as a tough tackling midfielder with a great engine.

Barnes will be one injured for sure and don't forget Keister is out soon for four games so Osborne and Benjamin seem the ideal replacements.

Whilst I welcome additions to the squad at any stage in the season, I just hope that any changes made do not upset the flow or disrupt the team spirit & togetherness we seem to be in & have at present (some might be forced changes I will accept that). i.e Though Stubbsy is not a proper full back he has been outstanding in that position. His pace in getting back for one,has been a massive help to us.

Of course they could indeed improve things further but without actually knowing what they are like its hard to tell right now.Its imperative that settle in very quickly though if indeed they do take part. No time for "needing a game or two".

With whoever is picked to play we need to maintain this momentum.

Looks like some tough choices now for Mr O'Connell. Who does he play in defence: Lacy, Young, Groombridge, Cooper, Robinson or his new signing? What about midfield, where you've got Saunders, Stubbs, Wilson, Jones, Morris and this other new signing... And once he's back from suspension, where does Keister fit in? And what about Barnes when he's recovered?

Robinson is still suspended and Wilson still injured so IMO these two signings will hopefully keep the ship steady, especially when Keister is out and Barnes could be too for a while.

I still think we might have more injuries than we know.I hope not. But two good signings. Always got to be looking the strenthen team. Tommy getting on a bit, but a legend at Dartford.

Inclined to agree with Cookies post.

Similarly-always welcome new signings and well done IOC for getting them in-bujt it does still seem a bit odd in positions where we do have cover ;and team spirit and moimentum is currently there.

Just hope it works and IOC really has got the midas touch.

If he plays at full back-i hope Osborne can handle Clarkes pace ok
