Just noticed, Saturday is another 'must win' game. How many is that now? And what is our record in them? Lost most I think. I suppose they are only 'must win' until we lose, and then the next one becomes 'must win'.

Correct Chris. Abysmal record but right now it has to be put right. Cray,Maidstone,Waltham Abbey,Billericay. All past "must win" games "given away".

There is absolutely no room for error this time. At least now we are playing with more spirit, determination & will to win so we have to hope that for once we can actually go out there & get a result in this similar situation, against a fellow struggler who it has to be said will also be going all out to do similar to us.

Plenty of effort,90 minute concentration, continued self belief & especially "never-say-die" attitude required from all of our players on Saturday.

Which team will keep their discipline the best on saturday ?

How many players left on the pitch at final whistle? 3 sendings off i reckon.

Will either manager also be sent off.

(can the chairmen also be sent off ?)

Like a few-i reckon our best chance of a win this week was last tuesday-not hopeful for saturday-think it will go pear shaped, but fingers and everything else crossed that we get it right and win.

Its usually the winnable games we conspire to throw away, as mentioned. Cray, Billericay and Waltham Abbey are by far the worst teams I've seen this year, by a country mile, and they all soundly beat us.

Has IOC already changed that mentality? We've maxed out on points in the last 3 games IMO - Can that continue for a 4th?

I won't make a prediction as they're invariably way off the mark. 4-0 away win it is.

Ah right with you now ITH, yes we certainly never turned up for the Waltham Abbey match and the Billericay home match was no better as you said.

Dont worry regards games already played. This is a new team, with a new manager. The only thing that can put a spanner in the works now is injuries and suspensions.

Three points in the bag o Saturday for sure. Up the Gate!

Lets not take things for granted.Carshalton will be fighting for a result just like we will be.Gonna be a different game from last night altogeher with much more tension involved.(As if it could be more intense than last night that is).

EVERYONE,no excuses, lame or otherwise, please GET to the game on Saturday & help the players.

They luv us being there.Believe me I know they do & with our help maybe, just maybe we CAN get that massively important result together.

The players are giving everything for us right now so we should be repaying them by & turning up in numbers to support & help them achieve that result.

MUST WIN game,MUST WIN!

I will be there Cookie but I dont finish till 1550.

Michael from what I saw on Tuesday evening I have no concerns about the result come Saturday. In my mind we will win comfortably, unless injuries haunt us. I thought Tuesday was probably the best performance I've personnally seen for the last 2 seasons. We looked solid all round the park except for one moment, which cost us 2 points unfortuately, but I believe we certainly deserved all 3 points.

I guess thats sort of my point-regardless of who you are playing-you need to maximise every opportunity-possibly that opportunity was there tuesday.

Could it be on saturday-the 'same team fails to turn up' and we don't get the points -maybe through a poor performance or simply bad luck.

Wil wait and see at 5pm saturday.

I pray for a` win-however it isa achieved-i don't care if we are completely outplayed-but just get 3 points
