ESL Cup Final show piece.

Recommended Posts

No offence Mr Chairman, Mr Secretary, but If it is not set in stone, I was wondering whether if it is not too late whether the GBT final could be played after the league season finishes.

For example moved to Tuesday 27th April or Wednedsay 28th April or Saturday 1st May, same weekend as the League Cup Final on 3rd May.

The reason behind this is there are three local derbies on the Bank Holiday Monday 5th April, involving 6 ESL sides, as this is suppose to be a showcase for the league would it not make sense to do it on a day when no one else is playing.

Many neutrals from these 6 clubs i am sure would like to see the final. I did want to see both league cup finals, but obviously club matches come first. Thanks for listening.

Games on 5th.

Eton Manor v Barking

Stansted v Sawbridgeworth Town

Witham Town v Tiptree United

What are opinions? :signthankspin:

There is no requirement for clubs to kick off at 3pm on Easter Monday. If both clubs agree, matches can kick off at 11am or 7:45pm allowing officlals, players and spectators to attend both their own match and the GBMT Final if they wish.
