Peter Graves of Mission Impossible fame has sadly passed away aged 83, who can forget his role as Jim Phelps in the cult 1960's series and those immortal words, 'this tape will self destruct in five seconds, good luck Jim':

What a shame.. have fond memories of him playing Chris Cobb in the Australian/Western 'Whiplash'.

Saturday night must see TV in the early 60s.. followed by the Four Just Men..

You could have played one of their parts Rhodesy..

Big JR - I suppose if you do the sums and assume the great man was in his early forties when the series first started in the mid to late sixties then that would be about right, I think he looked a lot younger on screen in the series than he actually was.
