SR - It's certainly a post-war record but people are searching through the record books from earlier to see what we can find out.

 

Just a slight correction to your post as it was actually 32 league games unbeaten!

 

Bridgwater was actually looked at as a possible place where the run could come to and end as they're on a very good run themselves and their place is never an easy place to get anything from but, ironically, it could be just the thing we really needed to ensure we didn't get too confident/cocky going into the final run-in! I personally think that Totton have too much to do in a short space of time but it is looking like the game down at their place could end up being the title decider.
