James Duncan

According to the local paper we have signed James duncan from Margate.

 

Here is what the margate fans think of him.....

 

 

Exceptional player & one I in particular will miss. Plays the "simple" ball, finds his man on regular basis & gives himself time to have an option. Never tries to be heroic & will never set the world alight but has a very very good brain & works very hard for the team. Certainly a "team" player without a doubt & certainly one of the better ones we have let go. (Am still mystified) (But maybe there were other reasons for him leaving us unbeknown to me).

I find losing him a major shock to me personally as he hardly ever put a foot wrong. He did us & himself proud whilst here & I have nothing but praise for the lad.

SB has already stated that there has been some interest from other clubs for some of our players but if possible he would like to keep all of them.

with the amount of games we have for the end of season run in and possibley the play offs we would probably like to keep all of the players that we have got as it is going to be a lot of games in a short time and players will be unavailable and tired but i'm sure that if a player does not want to stay then batesy will not stand in their way
