I was just wondering why the above negative people have gone quiet, surely they must have something negative to post about last nights win.

I was there and couldnt find much to moan about.

Where were the above last night, somewhere else being negative or gobsmacked by the result. come on guys you must have something to say even if its positive

Im still in shock we won a game, good result for us but sadly it might be too late, reflecting on the result it just proves how poor the league is if we can beat Tooting on Tues night and there are 7th. Its a shame that any side with more than average with a tad of quality could walk this league. I dont think Dartfors are world beaters but have a strong squad, but have a feeling they may struggle next year in Conf South. The one good thing for all Margate supporters is that scum down at the Crabble re Dover Ath are starting to struggle what a shame lol. One final point i think Leroy could do well not sure re Maidstone lot at all really also ive heard really good reports re Aaron Firth at VCD here we are keen on him he is a very good player, i think Leroy has the passion to play for Margate being a new challenge and higher league, that what we need passion and quality with out that well its Ryman South.

Five points off fourth bottom (which will be good enough to stay up) with two games against fourth bottom team? It is doable with a run of results.

also ive heard really good reports re Aaron Firth at VCD here we are keen on him he is a very good player,

He's an "ok " player at best & his temperament lets him down as did at Ramsgate.Yes I watched him on numerous occasions last season.A yellow card nearly every other game & much too hot headed.Loses it all too easily.

Dunno if its been the same at VCD,maybe he has calmed down since those Ramsgate Days.If so then MAYBE he will have improved his game because of it. Still an "okay" player though for me either way & not quite good enough.

We had this comment last season, am guessing he is basing it on the fact that over probably the last 10 seasons or so the 4th bottom team has never been relegated.

 

My personal opinion is that it may go even lower due to the number of clubs in difficulty. However I would still love to see us do it ourselves by finishing 5th bottom.

I think if you finish in the bottom four you should go down anyway not saved by other clubs demise, basically your not good enough and i think a extra team should be promoted from Ryman south or north, id say that about any club not just Margate FC.

Every thing is possible at this stage. All I would say is that on Tuesday 6 T&m fans made as much noise as all the Margate fans put together. Please get behind the team and help them get out of the bottem four.

I did put on the match thread that I though the T&M fans were great getting behind their team all night.

 

Not sure they actually outsang our choir though, especially in the second half.

As far as I could see and hear there was one T and M fan not in his youth who did most of the singing and a couple of others who joined in occasionally, fair play to them though they kept on going to the end.

Tom, the T&M fans were vocal and funny with it to, but as i pointed out Tooting has 2 Ts and not 1 as the cheerleader was singing...........................Toooooooing.
