Please don't go into doom and gloom mode just yet.

irrespective of how many teams went down the safe position of 18th was secured by

2008/09 season 18th place 48 points

2007/08 season 18th place 50 points

2006/07 season 18th place 46 points

2005/06 season 18th place 44 points

 

With 12 games still to play Margate could get a maximum 36 points added onto 25 already secured makes that potentially 61 points.

So we still have a game or two to get out act together

As stated on here earlier I am probly the most optomistic supporter on here, but even now I am excepting the fact that WE(TEAM) are not good enough to drag us out of the relegation scrap - we ARE GOING DOWN

really admire your optimisim but realistically its not going to happen. if we cant beat (and lose 3-0) against a very poor WA team as today, then what chance have we got against better teams. i would love to be wrong though!

The answer is NO chance cos this is not a stable or gelled side in which we as supporters can see an advance in play, unfortunately we ARE doomed to relegation - the only thing I really hope is that the signings we have recently made stay with us thru thick and thin
