Well........... Get the f.. in there.

Was really pleased for the lads today they really deserved to reap the rewards of a solid performance.

That IMO was Stathams Blue army at work. & of course piloted by Barry.

I know people will say it was only one game but for me it was the game of the season. (you had to be there) signthankspin.gif signthankspin.gif signthankspin.gif signthankspin.gif

I totally agree that it was the game of the season. Team played well, would have liked pondy to start but hey ho. Lots of good passing and where were all those shots coming from! Agree that Barry plays a huge part. My only sadness is that they have soooooooo much support and a cracking ground and facilities :-( I'm jealous. Let's put it this way, we live in a great town (IMHO) a lot better than dartford and our home support should outstretch theirs. Today the gate was nearly 1200. I think the most I've seen at BTFC this season is 450 and that was when the visiting supporters totally outnumbered us 3:1.

To see the whole team Sub's, Managers, (& I'm sure i saw TC trying to scale the fence) and all come up to support the supporters was a sight to behold. Even some of the locals started applauding. We were loud and very proud Billericay Town supporters.

I always say that if you have a question then put it on the forum so here goes.

Does anyone know why our best player by far over the last few months started on the bench? Of course I mean Russell Pond. He also didn't train with the first team on Thursday and played with the "youth/first team". Also what happened to Wild to get sent off? Did anyone see it?

Couldn't make the game unfortunately (I hope Ryan isn't too upset), but from all accounts a thoroughly deserved win.

Well done lads!

Can we do it when the heat is back on? Turn up Tuesday and find out......

Come on you Blues!!

Great game, great victory. Was worried when they scored but what a reply. Still nervous at 2 - 1 but was overjoyed to see the 3rd go in and when the 4th ecstatic. Pond did take a knock on Thursday, heard that Wild had headbutted their player but I do not know as I didn't see it. They should have had a player sent off at the start of the game when he pulled back Thomas. Anyway the result is there and cannot be changed, play again like that Tuesday and we are on the way up.

Cracking game and thoroughly deserved victory. Didn't think that Dartford played that bad - but we certainly played better, and the best this season. Thought Thomas was superb first half and Shinn the second, but hey the whole team did fantastic!!

Great see Dave W in the right place to fire home his goals, can only give him confidence for the rest of the season.

As someone said earlier good to see players and management applauding us the fans - roll on Tuesday.

Now, anybody tell me what has happened to James Baker?

James Baker is injured and seeing a specialist next week.

An inspired team selection, a 4-1 win away from home is all you could wish for against any League opposition,

Chris Wild was the victim of some poor tacttics by a Dartford player, but then again its not every week they get tonked at home... or away. :birthday-candle:

Fantastic result for us, and i'm confident in saying that the scoreline was a fair refelction of the game. Two whole days of celebration , then its back to business.

Well done lads :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited:
