MFC vs Waltham Abbey

Lets just say that many supporters wouldn't put up with all the goings on at margate even if they don't have the money to run the club themselves. I think that thats contributed towards the reason why crowds have dwindled. People have voted with there feet. I have my own opinions but will keep them to myself. When you look at the big picture of the clubs demise we should all agree, it doesn't make good reading does it.

Just like Cookie said, for the first time I left b 4 4-30 and I will not go back to see the club that I would have done anything for,and have done in the past, this has got to be the sadest time.GET IT SORTED MFC or risk loosing everthing.

4 or 5 weeks ago we were losing, but playing good football and creating chances. The reason being was that we kept the ball down and tried to play football. The last two matches have been an absolute joke. We just booted it up the field every time hoping that someone would get on the end of it. Most of the time nobody did get on the end of it because players failed to look where they were passing it. The team now looks worse than when we started this mess two years ago. With Lacey, we have someone who can throw the ball into the area from the half way line, but do they practice this in training? because time and time again he put it there, and not once did anybody get on the end of it. Their defenders packed the box and were all taller than ours so won it everytime. So why did they continue to do it, why not change tack once in a while. We made WA look a good team today because we were so poor. I think they probably had 3 chances all match and scored from each of them, that shows how bad we are. The first goal should have been the keepers, but he was more interested in trying to push away a player who was half his size. The second goal, although well taken, appeared to be left by all the defenders who thought it was going out. I said at half time that we didn't have anybody on the pitch who looked like scoring, and I was unfortunately right. We were just crying out for someone to shoot ON TARGET just for once. I hear people blaming KP for this mess, but at least the board have tried to get us out of trouble by getting in new players, but basically it looks like some of them are well past their sell by date. We still need a target man and a play maker, somebody who can MAKE something happen. Unfortunately its too late now because we will finish bottom. You would have thought with a new manager that players would be putting in 110% effort to impress, and playing their butts off, but it was just another P**S poor performance, in front of a woeful attendance.

he takes 3 or 4 long throws every game, and I've only seen us score twice from them, and one of those was a pre season friendly. It's an absolute waste of a useful weapon. He might as well not bother throwing it at all

I still maintain the problem lies in consistency or in MFC lack of it. 3 managers to date so far with different ideas, god know how many players we have used this season with apparently more to come it takes time to get a settled team to bed in but all these changes in personelle its never gona happen. The players we had out on Saturday and Tuesday on paper are good and with Jay, Pinns etc back its what the supporters wanted and KP etc should be applauded but as I have said before time is not what we have. Look on Tuesday night a new gaffer and a third of the team diffrent from the previous game, course its not gona happen 'just like that' and results will flow and this has been the prob all season. On Saturday WA in the first half were hoofing the ball up the pitch with the hope someone would get on the end of it, maybe its the way to play when times are desperate and goals are needed. In the second half their gaffer must have seen how badly organised and out of salts we were and they started passing the ball and basically 'mugging us off' and making us look worse then ever. We need a settled team NOW and even this may not save us but if we carry on like Saturday we will be gone.....but i,ll still keep coming after all whats said!
