A great manager once said football is all about opinions, so true, managers, supporters, everyone can have one, thats the beauty of loving football, so now after watching margate play on many occasions and reading many of your posts, i thought it time to have my say, firstly, good luck to the new manager and players for thr remaining games they have left this season, i have to ask, was it a brave decision or crazy decision to bring in four new players for the new managers first game, i think i am correct in saying that when asked at last weeks meeting if he had seen margate play this season he said he had not, so why so many quick changes? confidence runs through a team, and thats what margate have been so lacking of for so long, ability wise margate have as much if not more than most clubs in the league, quick fixes are not the answer to the clubs future, i see today that luke wheatley has left the club for ramsgate, a loss to the club i feel, i keep reading he makes to many costly errors, not sure if i am watching the same game as certain people, yes he made a couple of errors against cray i beleive, which were punished, but apart from them i cant recall others, far more experianced players have made far more without anyone jumping on the bandwagon. i understand the team needs some experiance in the side, and rightly so, but more importantly the club needs ones for the future too

Agreed, it is perhaps a little late in the season to be making such quality signings as Pinnock and Saunders, but at least we can now go down fighting instead of rolling over and letting everyone beat us.

fighting, the team I witnessed today would roll over and ask to have their tummy tickled........
