Is he too similar to blackman though?

 

If he has signed-does that stll leave the goalscoring /target man problems just as they are now.

 

Yes-i know pinns got alot of goals in one season-but was that a 'one-off' ?

Well dont forget Pinns and Lloyd played together at Maidstone and I seem to rember linked well scoring goals. Don't forget either that Pinns has been playing midfield a bit more this season too.

Pinns was always an attacking midfielder until he came to us first time. The season after Hockton left was Pinns' best goal scoring season ever. And that combination is why I'd say he is one of the best providers AND goal scorers at this level I've ever seen You normall get one or the other - Hockton for example.

It did appear last night that Pinns has been taken off the squad page on the Maidstone site but whether or not that means he is coming to us is another matter.
