By the way Jeff was speaking to Dave Bourne on train yesterday as he overheard me talking about Margate FC. Tried to get him along to see games but his son plays for Gillingham U16's and he ferries him about. He used to play with Lamby and Munday and, of course, under Chris Kinnear.

Thanks for that - I'll note it for future reference. Coincidentally I got an e-mail from Dave's former Margate and Gravesend team-mate Lee Turner yesterday. That was also on the same day we signed a new keeper called Turner. Possibly very slightly spooky.
