I think you have to accept that for a lot of of the "missing supporters" watching 'ricay is just an entertainment, and when the entertainment value diminishes their commitment go's with it. The survival of BTFC at RPL level is not their most pressing concern; in fact a cup-run in the FA Vase would probably haul a few of them back.

 

That's the nature of the beast and slagging them off for non-attendance might make you feel better, but I bet it doesn't motivate a single individual into returning to NL at the moment.

 

For those who are concerned that we maintain our Step 3 status, and for whom supporting the Blues is a bit more than a fairweather hobby, the challenge is to say the right thing and take the right actions to support and encourage the team and any "wavering" support.

 

Now is not the time for anyone to "get things off your chest". Positive "feel-good" vibes are needed. Didn't life feel better on Tuesday when the Sun came out? We need the clouds to part over NL. When's the next Comedy night?
