We will be running a lottery syndicate for the fans if anyone is interested.Wally has given me a form so its all legal,the more the merrier,if anyone is interested see me at the next game

Do we just do a saturday lottery or saturday & wednesday or all 3 including the friday night euro.

What needs to be sorted out is what we are going to do with any winnings.

The idea is to try to raise funds for the club,does all the winnings go into a fund or does 50% go to the club with the other 50% split betweeb each member or something else.

Say we won a couple of million(we wish) i would guess that some people would feel pretty cheesed off winning the jackpot but not getting any money

What i would recommend is getting money off people monthly at the start of each month.

just need to work out what percentage we take from the winnings for the club,where it goes and what we plan on doing with it.

I thought of this for Romford.. 25% to the club and the rest shared.. Easy on paper but chasing the money can be a pain. A way round it is to get the money off of people on the turnstile (stick to Euromillions) and then write their names down and do lucky dips.

Let peeps know in advance that the numbers will appear on your website....simples.

But you do need somebody trustworthy to run it..

Rob, I think this is a great idea.

i think you will have to research how much you anticipate to generate.

Also no lucky dips only set numbers, as this is how people run off with the money. as the numbers are never known.

Good luck, you can print the numbers in the programme if you want.

Nice one chaps.

Just need to work out what percentage of winnings goes into a fund for the club,to be decided how we use the money.

I am thinking something along the lines of 25% of anything we win over a grand and anything lower maybe 50% but we will speak about it more tomorrow.

We have a supporters club bank account,not sure if it would be too confusing to use this or better to just set a savings account up for the syndicate
