The Brimobeu..!

Recommended Posts

It's good to see the new and improved Brimobeu coming along nicely. I understand that all the concreting has been completed around the pitch, and work on the main stand and perimeter wall has begun.

However, I was under the impression that there would be some terracing behind one of the goals - does anyone know if this will still be happening? Plus, are we going to be installing new turnstiles?

I can't wait for the Hendon friendly!

The answer to both your questions is yes, although it will be a while yet before either happen.

When I said "new turstiles" I didn't actually mean brand spanking new ones - just if we were going to be installing any turstiles at all as we don't actually have a proper one at the moment.

By the way, will we be using the main pitch for the Hendon game, or the Downs?

Cheers,

LR

The concrete bases are going down for the stands today. Gosh I'm excited. It even looks like a real new football ground at last! All the cement mixers across London have been busy with the new Wembley stadium so to even get a cement mixer is good news!

I know I'm a big kid but..............it don't arf giv ya a lift!
