This event is really what a local community football club should be all about. As part of the youth section the committee and myself will be fully supporting and encouraging all those around us and members of our youth section to be in attendance on the 23rd of May at PWP

 

The long and short of it all is that it can be seen as a good opportunity of a nice day out and in support of a wonderful community cause. It was after all the local council and a local businessman that ripped the heart of football out of our borough, this way we will all contribute in rectifying this.

There has been an awful lot of correspondence over the last few months on this topic and it would be good to see as many people taking ownership of this latest fund raising activity. Thank goodness for e-mails!

 

This activity may not be for you, but what about all your friends and relations?

 

During this credit crunch we have an opportunity to save you money and make money for the club so please take advantage of this day out and support it as best as you can.

 

We are aware that not everyone who watches the first X1 will want to go but you must have contacts of local groups who may want to go to Paradise Wildlife Park at a reduced rate.

 

Our targets: Schools, toddler groups, nursery groups, libraries, local football clubs, sports development groups, parent and toddler groups, etc, etc, etc.(as well as the rest of the club - ladies, youths, etc)

 

Gets you thinking, doesn't it.

I was there yesterday and even in the rain it's a good day out so think how much fun the kids can have on a warm sunny day.
