RAM1664
With all the doom and gloom on the blue side of the island, I thought you bluenoses need cheering up. I spoke to Jim Ward today and he said he is NOT leaving The Mighty Rams. and had no intention of going to Margate. that should cheer a few of you up, well at least untill 10 to 5 tomorrow when you suffer your 3rd defeat on the trott

Or are you just giving us false hope. Danny Ward would be an okay outsider for me. I.m.o It was he who got Ramsgate to where they are now, oops, sorry,I meant to say,to where they once WERE. As for today, 3rd defeat on the Trott won't happen because he aint running the team anymore in case you didn't know. Cookie
Surprised you didn't put this up on here Ian.No doubt he will get a pay rise for having said this, (or maybe that's what swayed him to stay) (after having first been turned down that is) http://www.ramsgate-fc.co.uk/site2/news.php?extend.645 Edited February 20, 2010 by Cookie
Cookie
"well at least untill 10 to 5 tomorrow when you suffer your 3rd defeat on the trott". Oh & just one more reply from me on this thread. Ian thank you. Normally when you make an assumption about our results the lads come up trumps. We'll see, maybe you will be spot on for a 1st time or maybe, just maybe,as has happened numerous times in the past your words will inspire the lads to a surprise victory. Thanks for your help Edited February 20, 2010 by Cookie
RAM1664
Cookie, at least with Jim staying you can now carry on watching your beloved blues. ps ian didn't mention anything about the score he only said about danny Edited February 20, 2010 by RAM1664
Cookie
Oh go on then you forced me into another post. In truth & despite my earlier comments I would still go to watch my beloved team. It would still be the club I have supported over the years & not even Jim Ward coming here would have stopped me to be really honest. Would have been weird though as if he WERE to have come here half of me would like to have seen positive results & the other half would have wanted me see him fail. In time maybe he could have convinced me,or at least tried to,but at least now, with whoever comes in,I can now hope for success both on the field & for the incoming manager...100%, as I have done in the past.
