I've been to far worse grounds than Hornchurch Official Spokesman - I suspect you have as well.

Why do you want to kick us out of our home when you've got a new stadium coming anyway?

Never did want to kick you out tea boy, and your right ,I have been to far worse grounds.

It's the letters in the Recorder being critical of our ground etc.

I don't want to see Romford fail, I hope you get your new ground.

I just want Hornchurch to be kept out of it.

Their bitterness about hornchurch stems from the 90's when they groundshared with us,towards the end of their time at the bridge things turned sour, mainly because of certain behaviour from their whiter than white fans plus the fact they actually thought they owned the bridge.Put that together with our success on the pitch in the last decade and you have one big bowl of bitterness ready to explode.

The banning of anyone non romford from their forum was quite ridiculous, they could of just banned me for my naughty comments and my so called racial abuse of kosovans, which is itself laughable but no,they had to get rid of us all, mainly because when they banned me i contacted pitchero who then contacted me back to say the ban from their forums had been lifted because they could find nothing wrong with anything i posted, this is why they took such measures.

They have even banned one of their own because he refuses to put his real name on their forum even though they all know who he is.

And ever since we have all been stopped from their forum one of the main instigators of the bannings has been on here daily,i think he misses us!!

Thanks UM, didn't know the history. I think the forum thing is madness to be honest, it will discourage potential fans. They should just remove offensive posts like this forum does.

When we played them at the bridge in the ESL hardly any of them turned up because they were apparantly bouycotting the bridge, bet they wouldn't of bouycotted the game had it been to win the league

They do seem to mention us quite often on their forum (Mr Fenncepost especially). I have stated previously that some of them live in a time warp and are quite insecure. The 'lock down' of their forum could potentially detract them from attracting new fans. They have even mentioned on one of their threads that they are concerned that they do not seem to have many younger fans in their ranks. I wonder why????

That really is a load of old rubbish cloudcuckooboy, never has been a boycott.

May have been an issue with the bar though as your prices are too high and pensions don't go very far these days.

Official spokesman, sorry mr fenn.I went to a basildon v romford game with coup and clocky when we was in the ESL,was talking to a few romford fans, most were ok but a few mentioned they wouldn't go to the bridge because of the groundshare. One of the people was a dark haired young bird and her dad who said they were bouycotting the game, another was some tw@t who wouldn't talk to me because i supported hornchurch but made his feelings clear about not coming to the bridge when we played, luckily for him i was on my own or in unfamiliar territory otherwise i would of laid one on the pr1ck and i will make no apologies for saying so.

Problem with most romford fans is they are stuck up their own ar$es which is quite sad really as you do have some decent fans, they just tend to be a tad bitter
