Setting aside old rivalries for the time being, the new Maidenhead United history website-mufcheritage.com-has a lot of historical material that should be of interest to Rebel fans, including facsimile programmes with team line-ups from encounters between the two clubs going back to the 1920's.

I picked up the reference to the site from a posting by "Maidonian" on the message board of the late another's site. A subsequent poster has drawn attention to the historical material, including photographs of many players who also appeared in Slough's colours, on Maidenhead's own Pitchero site. Some great happy-and some not so happy- memories there!
